PhaseGrowth was created with the purpose to increase the employability of young people, including through encouraging private initiative, entrepreneurship and cooperativism among young people. This is done through training and education, including paid services. The company that targets NEETs, investors, entrepreneurs, educators and education managers is the Estonian member of the E4GEO alliance, and the European Space Agency’s Copernicus Relays Network.
